Eligibility for CDS
A CDS Program Participant Must :
- Be eligible for MoHealthNet
(Medicaid) - Be 18 years of age or older
- Be able to direct his or her own care
- Be capable of: living independently, with the services of a personal care attendant
SELECT THE CAREGIVERS OF YOUR CHOICE
Receive care from anyone who is 18+ with a clear background screening
- Friend
- Family Member
- Child
- With the exception of spousal
